Beginning Organizational Scrapbooking With Creative Memories Consultant, Eden: 11am on Monday Cost - Free. We supply the room, table and chairs – you come with friends, scrap and chat! Eden will help you to organize and craft your memories into unique keepsakes you will treasure for a lifetime.
Stretch and Grow: Thursday at 10am Children will learn the basics of exercise (warm-up, stretching, endurance, aerobics, cool-down) and wellness issues (i.e. safety, nutrition, and hygiene). Simple word and memory games teach children about the basic food groups, balanced diets, and the health risks of poor eating habits. Basic academic skills (such as counting, colors, and the alphabet) are included as a regular part of our exercise and games.

Creative movement and Beginning Ballet: Mondays at 4pm. (4-6) FREE DEMO on Monday, Sept 8th. Children are taught basic movement, counting, an introduction to rhythm awareness, and how to listen to music, often using a variety of props. We will introduce ballet, creative dance, improvisation, and tumbling. Listening skills are also emphasized. Students also learn class etiquette and how to "work" as part of a group.
